Mr. Nikolay Breusov (Natural Expert for Natural Disaster/Mapping) – Mr. Breusov graduated from Leningrad’s Hydrometeorological Institute. Now he is a candidate of Geological Mineralogical Sciences, defended in Novosobirsk. He worked for the Hydrometeorological Service Department for ten years and the Institute of Seismology for fifteen years. He worked briefly for the Committee on Emergency Situations before joining the working group. He has published over thirty papers and worked 25 years in the field of natural disasters. Mr. Breusov has also participated in projects in Germany and China.
