Mr. Bahyt Suleimenov (Expert on Communication/Public Information) – Mr. Suleimenov graduated from Kazakh State University in 1974, specialising in Physics. He then worked at the Physico-Technical Institute in St. Petersburg, deciding to return to Kazakh State University where he further researched physics. Before coming to the working group, he was Department Chief of Information at the Ministry of Science under the Academy of Sciences. He has published over 15 articles and papers.
